Choco-Hazelnut Buns INGREDIENTSFor 10 servings50 g liquid (vegan) butter150 ml warmed oat milk300 g wheat flour Type 4051 packet dry yeast1 teaspoon salt3 tablespoon maple syrupSome wheat flour for rolling150 g Chiefs Protein Spread Choco HazelnutStep 1/3:Prepare the doughPlace all the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead them together until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place.Step 2/3:Roll out the doughLightly sprinkle wheat flour on a work surface. Roll out the dough into a smooth rectangle. Warm the Chiefs Protein Spread and spread it onto the dough. Roll up the dough from one side. Using a knife, make cuts every 3–4 cm along the roll and place each piece into a silicone muffin tin.
