For 10 servings

  • 50 g liquid (vegan) butter
  • 150 ml warmed oat milk
  • 300 g wheat flour Type 405
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Some wheat flour for rolling
  • 150 g Chiefs Protein Spread Choco Hazelnut
Place all the dough ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead them together until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place.
Lightly sprinkle wheat flour on a work surface. Roll out the dough into a smooth rectangle. Warm the Chiefs Protein Spread and spread it onto the dough. Roll up the dough from one side. Using a knife, make cuts every 3–4 cm along the roll and place each piece into a silicone muffin tin. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
After baking, brush the buns with 2 tablespoon maple syrup and let them cool slightly.
