  • 80 g of Chiefs Protein Spread Choco Hazelnut
  • 100 g of wheat flour, type 405
  • 5 g of baking powder
  • 30 g of erythritol
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 120 g of 1.5% fat yogurt
  • Coconut oil
  • For decoration: fresh strawberries and whole hazelnuts
Mix the flour with baking powder and erythritol. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold them into the flour mixture along with the yogurt.
Cook the pancakes in a pan with a little coconut oil, using the prepared dough.
Warm up the protein spread and spread it onto the pancakes. Serve with fresh strawberries and whole hazelnuts.
