Carrot Bars INGREDIENTSIngredients for 12 servings:2 eggs1 tsp cinnamon45 g rice syrup90 g yoghurt 1.5% fat (lactose-free)90 g quark (lactose-free)20 g milk 1.5% fat (lactose-free)150 g wholemeal flour1 tsp baking powder20 g Chiefs Whey Protein Vanilla180 g rasped carrots50 g walnuts400 g low-fat quark (lactose-free)40 g Chiefs Whey Protein Vanilla50 g chopped walnutsStep 1/4:Prepare the doughBeat the eggs for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add cinnamon, rice syrup, yoghurt, quark and milk and mix well.Step 2/4:Mix the dry ingredientsMix the flour, baking powder and Chiefs Whey Protein. Add the moist ingredients and work everything into a dough. Add the walnuts and rasped carrots.Step 3/4:BakeGrease a square baking tin with coconut oil (20×25 cm) and fill in the dough. Bake the cake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down.Step 4/4:ServeMix the quark with Chiefs Whey Protein and spread on the cooled cake.
