  • 330 g canned chickpeas (drained)
  • 65 g Chiefs Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 90 g almond puree (or other nut puree)
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 g eryhtrit

Rinse chickpeas with water. Then blend with Whey, almond paste, salt, erythritol and vanilla. (Optional: If you like, you can add a dash of milk).
Fold in the chocolate drops.

Mix oatmeal, protein drink, quark, chia seeds and protein powder.
Cut 150 g strawberries into small cubes and fold into porridge. Pour the porridge into small jars and place in the fridge overnight, covered.
Serve Overnight Oats the next morning with the remaining 50 g strawberries.

Mix all ingredients together and work into a smooth dough.

Mix Chiefs Protein Drink Banana Beach with 8 tbsp hemp seed, 3 tbsp ground flax seed and 2 tbsp chia seed in a bowl. Leave in the fridge overnight.
Heat 150 g frozen blueberries in a pot. Mix 50 ml water with 10 g vanilla pudding powder, add it to the blueberries and stir well. Bring everything to the boil and if necessary, add some water until it reaches the desired texture. Add flavedrops or sweeten according to your taste.
Serve with blueberry compote, banana slices and almonds.

  • 50 g chopped walnuts
Beat the eggs for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add cinnamon, rice syrup, yoghurt, quark and milk and mix well.
Mix the flour, baking powder and Chiefs Whey Protein. Add the moist ingredients and work everything into a dough. Add the walnuts and rasped carrots.
Grease a square baking tin with coconut oil (20×25 cm) and fill in the dough. Bake the cake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down.
Mix the quark with Chiefs Whey Protein and spread on the cooled cake. Decorate with walnuts.

  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 190 g peeled apple pieces
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 TL cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp erythritol
Mix the Vanilla Drive Protein Drink with chia seeds and put it in the fridge overnight.
Mix apple pieces, water, cinnamon and erythritol in a pan and heat it up. Then turn down the heat a little and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir from time to time.
Serve the chia pudding with apple compote.
