Recipe: Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 330 g canned chickpeas (drained)
  • 65 g Chiefs Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 90 g almond puree (or other nut puree)
  • 5 g salt
  • 15 g eryhtrit
  • Vanilla
  • 100 g low carb chocolate drops
Rinse chickpeas with water. Then blend with Whey, almond paste, salt, erythritol and vanilla. (Optional: If you like, you can add a dash of milk).
Fold in the chocolate drops.
