INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 45 g rice syrup
  • 90 g yoghurt 1.5% fat (lactose-free)
  • 90 g quark (lactose-free)
  • 20 g milk 1.5% fat (lactose-free)
  • 150 g wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20 g Chiefs Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 180 g rasped carrots
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 400 g low-fat quark (lactose-free)
  • 40 g Chiefs Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
Beat the eggs for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add cinnamon, rice syrup, yoghurt, quark and milk and mix well.
Mix the flour, baking powder and Chiefs Whey Protein. Add the moist ingredients and work everything into a dough. Add the walnuts and rasped carrots.
Grease a square baking tin with coconut oil (20×25 cm) and fill in the dough. Bake the cake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down.
Mix the quark with Chiefs Whey Protein and spread on the cooled cake. Decorate with walnuts.
